Glass bead & Handwoven Jewellery

Our glass bead and woven designs are handcrafted by an eco friendly production company in Bali who empower females to be treated as equals in the workplace and community. Each piece is carefully woven or threaded by hand using ethically sourced materials.

They strive to create a positive impact in their local community by employing talented local artisans, mostly mothers and enabling them to earn a fair wage, support their family and gain independence.  70% of the workforce are women, from artisans to management and CEO and they pride themselves on how they treat their staff, ensuring ethical production practices by following government guidance on pay, working hours and safe working environments.

In addition, they work together with local charities and also help support underprivileged children in the community gain access to an education.
