Shipping & Delivery
As a small business we aim to get your order out to you as soon as possible. Please allow 2-3 working days for dispatch.
Using our standard tracked delivery service, your order should be with you within 3 - 5 working days.
Using our 24hr tracked delivery service, your order should be with you within 2 - 4 working days.
Please note that delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed.
During busy periods such as bank holidays or Christmas, orders may take longer than usual to arrive.
Some items, for example longer drop earrings are packaged in a signature cotton pouch. Please refer to the product description. Also, if ordering multiple items, some of these may be packaged in a cotton pouch rather than a box. If you require all items boxed i.e. for gifting, please contact us to let us know when placing your order.

Orders over £100- free standard shipping. Please choose this option at checkout for orders over £100.
We offer free collection from KA6 5DL (Mossblown, Ayrshire). Please note that this may not be same day collection, you will receive an email when your order is ready to pick up. If you need your order urgently, please email to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
At the moment we only ship to UK addresses.
What to do if your item has not arrived.
Regretfully, from time to time items can get delayed or even lost in the post. We send all items by tracked delivery so we would ask that you first contact Royal Mail with your tracking number. If they are unable to confirm the location of your order, please contact us at info@cerina.co.uk or on our contact page here. If the item has not arrived 21 days after the postage date we will issue a replacement or refund. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds or replacements until the item has been confirmed as lost by Royal Mail.
