These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Cerina Jewellery (we and us) to the customer (you).

All orders placed by you and purchases of goods from us via our website (or by such other means as we may permit) are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us by delivery of the goods to you, at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between us. The processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order. 

All orders placed by you and purchases of goods by you from us are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order or purchase for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.

PRICING

The price payable for the goods you order or purchase is as set out on our website at the time you submit your order, charges for delivery are advised to you. Prices quoted are in UK Pounds Sterling. All prices include the current applicable VAT rate.

Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all. We reserve the right to correct any errors from time to time. We will either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or attempt to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or description. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order we will cancel your order and refund your payment.

Unless stated otherwise, any “Was” prices shown have been charged for a minimum of 28 days at the previous higher price, and those products were available to buy at that higher price.

AVAILABILITY

All goods are subject to availability. Occasionally an error may occur which means that an item which is listed as in stock may be out of stock. We will attempt to contact you using the details you have provided to us to ask you how you wish to proceed. We may process any part of the order which is available. 

PHOTOGRAPHY

Please be aware that digital reproduction on certain web browsing platforms may slightly alter the look or colour of our products.

STONES

The stones we source are natural and are therefore may vary in size, tone and finish. Small imperfections are inherent and add character and individuality.

ONLINE CONTENT

Cerina has the right to change all content without notice. This could be in the form of adding to, deleting or editing parts of the website, or to terminate or temporarily suspend the site. 

ONLINE PAYMENTS

We process all of our online payments on cerina.co.uk via Stripe. Our company is not liable for the functionality of this service. 

By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order or purchase, you confirm that the card being used is yours or that you are authorised to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and will not be obliged to inform you of the reason. We are not responsible for the card issuer or bank charging the holder of the card as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.

CLEARPAY

Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Clearpay’s privacy statement.

GIFT CARDS

Our Gift Cards are only valid on Cerina.co.uk. They are not valid or redeemable on any other site, such as third-party retail locations. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged and cannot be purchased using any discount codes or promotions.

DISCOUNT CODES

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code.

OUR RIGHTS

Cerina Jewellery reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time, therefore if you continue to use our website after this time, this will be deemed as your acceptance of any of our changes.

If you do not agree with certain changes to our terms, you must cease to use our website. 

EVENTS OUTWITH OUR CONTROL

We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder or for any other liability, in each case that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, accidents, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosion, flood, storm, earthquake, natural disaster, failure of telecommunications networks, inability to use transport networks, mechanical failures, acts of God, terrorist attack, war, civil commotion, riots, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, acts or restraints of Government, and imposition or restrictions of imports or exports).

The use of any material on the website, in ways such as editing, copying, reproducing or transmitting is prohibited, and is seen as an infringement of the intellectual property rights that Cerina Jewellery are licensed to and own.
