Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Cerina purchase, however we understand there may be an occasion where an item doesn't suit.

In order to receive a refund you must:

  • Email us at info@cerina.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your purchase, informing us of your return. Please include your name, address & order number in this email.

  • Return the item within 28 days of your receipt.

  • Include a note in your return package - Name, address & order number.

  • Package your item securely to avoid damage in transit and return the item unworn and undamaged in its original packaging.


You will be responsible for paying return postage costs under this policy. Unfortunately we are not responsible for any items not reaching us. It is therefore advised that the item is returned by a trackable delivery.

All returns are inspected, if items have been damaged through misuse or wear and tear we are unable to provide a refund in this instance. All items are quality checked by ourselves for any damage before being dispatched and are only dispatched once passed. Please read our Jewellery Care instructions for more information on how to keep your jewellery in its best condition.

We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned within the terms of this policy excluding the return postage.
Please note: Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of receiving the return and will only be processed to the original method of payment.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

Exclusions
Pierced products, including earrings, are exempt from the returns policy due to hygiene reasons.
